Shipping policy

Fulfillment & Processing Standard orders for in-stock merchandise are typically processed and shipped from our Illinois warehouse within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or for unusually large bulk orders.

Standard Shipping & Free Shipping We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $300. For orders under $300, shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the true weight of your items and the delivery location. Smaller orders are shipped via standard ground carriers (UPS and USPS) and generally take 2–5 business days within the United States.

Bulk Orders & LTL Freight Upgrades To ensure the safe and economical transport of our heavyweight garments, Nexgen Fabrix reserves the right to upgrade high-volume bulk orders to Less Than Truckload (LTL) pallet freight at our discretion, at no additional shipping cost to you.

  • Delivery Requirements: Standard free LTL freight covers delivery to commercial addresses equipped with a loading dock or forklift.

  • Liftgates & Special Services: If your facility requires a liftgate to lower the pallet to the ground, requires inside delivery, or is located at a residential address, additional carrier accessorial fees will apply and must be billed separately.

  • Please notify us immediately at the time of your order if your location requires a liftgate so we can arrange the proper equipment and avoid costly carrier redelivery fees.

Shortages, Damages, or Missing Items Please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival:

  • Any claims for shortages, transit damage, or missing items must be reported to our team at jimmyshah@nexgenfabrix.com within 5 business days of receipt.

  • As detailed in our Return Policy, all goods must be inspected thoroughly prior to decoration. We will not accept claims, accept returns, or issue replacements for any merchandise that has been screen-printed, embroidered, relabeled, washed, or altered in any way.
