Refund policy
We have a strict 14-day return policy for wholesale orders, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the exact condition that you received them: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging.
Altered Goods Policy: Once a garment has been screen-printed, embroidered, relabeled, washed, or altered in any way, it cannot be returned under any circumstances. Please inspect all goods thoroughly prior to decoration.
Restocking Fee: All authorized returns of blank, unaltered merchandise are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
How to Start a Return To initiate a return, contact us at jimmyshah@nexgenfabrix.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Note: Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels for standard returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns will need to be sent to the following address: 861 Mckenzie Station Dr, IL, 60532. Items sent back to us without first requesting an RMA will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us within 5 business days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the error is on our end, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance/sale items or custom/special orders.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund (minus the 15% restocking fee and original shipping costs) will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at jimmyshah@nexgenfabrix.com
